| 한글내용요약 | 부가서비스는 기본적 통신서비스를 변경하거나 보충할 수 있다.부가서비스의 제공과 철회는 폐쇄사용자 그룹을 제외하곤, 가입자가 가입한 모든 기본 서비스에 적용해야 한다. 부가서비스의 등록, 삭제, 활성화 및 비활성화는 기본 서비스의 한 개 또는 그 이상의 그룹에 적용해야 한다. 기본서비스의 그룹은 많은 기본서비스 코드를 처리해야 하는 것을 피할 수 있게 한다. 기본 서비스 그룹내의 부가서비스를 제공하는 기본 서비스에 기반한 운용이 효율적이다.
제공은 하지만, 네트워크에서 공급하지 않는 기본서비스는 요청을 거부해서는 않된다. |

| 영문내용요약 | The purpose of this Technical Specification (TS) is to define a recommended set of supplementary services to the Teleservices and Bearer services which will be supported by a PLMN in connection with other networks as a basis for the definition of the network capabilities required.
Supplementary services not covered in TS 22.004 cannot be introduced unilaterally in any PLMN if they require modification of the signalling Specifications. Technical realization of supplementary services is described in TS 23.0 |
